And you are correct, kudos! Isn&#039;t it an incredible surface? It&#039;s actually a 2x4. I cut off the ends and the middle section of the board ended up being split into two pieces, with this dry sappy surface on both inside faces. 

Since Chris guessed board before supplying a final answer, I&#039;ll send both of you a platter (I have two that are pretty much identical) if you email me your addresses to TheAestheticElevator(at)Gmail(dot)com. ]]></description>
