		<description><![CDATA[Thank you, this is exactly what I needed to read this evening. I&#039;d love to work as design consultant with a design/architect team again (as I&#039;ve done many times) and yet those have been separate short-term mission trips and nothing gels in a more permanent way. I&#039;m feeling held back at this point in my life, for whatever reason, which is frustrating. I have been talking with ArtsLink already, and I&#039;ll check out your other ideas.
